D2 is a group of multi-functioning companies active in residential and commercial real estate identification, analysis, entitlement, acquisition, development and disposition primarily in the Dallas, Fort Worth and Austin, Texas markets.

Originally created in 1995 with a sister company, MasterPlan Development Company, Inc., D2 Interests is focused on the effective integration of the primary aspects of wealth-building in the real estate industry--the identification, entitlement, acquisition, surveying, engineering, development, construction and management of commercial and residential real estate opportunities.

Engineering Concepts & Design L.P. is an independently owned affiliate civil engineering and surveying company established in early 2000. It was originally the concept and start-up of the D2 Interests / MasterPlan Development team and included a young and very bright engineer as a partner.  Todd Wintters now owns and operates Engineering Concepts and provides to us all of the engineering related services in-house.
